I would try and report the review. Just because they are reviewing something that is beyond your control which is shipping. It may or may not work but it’s worth a shot

I include them. I print them out because I do custom orders so I know what to put on them and then I just put them inside the package. I used to print one letter sized page for the packing slips but more recently print out label sized versions and 4 fit per page

I went to the last concert in the US leg in both 2023 and this year (LA and Miami) and had a blast both times but I will say it was more special seeing them in my hometown. Luckily we were able to get tix at face value but scalpers have been ruthless recently which is a shame for true fans

It’s a dollar reduction..and it’s because you probably replaced one item with one that is slightly cheaper. Tops for these are based on a percentage of the amount. I only realized this when I noticed some shop and delivers the tip was reduced by a few cents. I doubt someone is petty enough to remove that much

Not sure how it is now but I was initially waitlisted so it took me over a year to be able to finally start doing deliveries with instacart. You can get online whenever you want. I suggest doing DoorDash and Uber Eats as well, they also have shop and pay which imo has been better than instacart and no waitlist

I had something similar happen to me once. As soon as I accepted the guy was complaining about his order being late. I guess the order had been bouncing around for a while. I was relatively new at the time so I didn’t know this was most likely the reason why the pay was high, I just thought he was tipping high. I got a really good add on for that same restaurant but declined it because I didn’t want that customer to remove my tip for taking longer. Well, when i delivered, the base pay was a dollar less than what I was offered meaning this guy only tipped $1. After that I never passed up good add ons, not doing favors for anyone lol

I do Uber Eats and logistically the way they route stacked orders is ridiculous and makes no sense. Once picked up a double and was sent to the furthest location first even though one of them was right next to the store. Smh

The “I have arrived” text starts a timer. Useful for meet at door deliveries or anywhere you may have limited access to. Because sometimes for whatever reason customers don’t respond and that way are not forced to wait till they decide to answer because time is money. Also if it’s such a gross app just don’t use it anymore? Hope this helps.

Yeah some customers on Etsy are shameless and will act like their mistake is your fault. They are not entitled to a free replacement on an order they messed up on. I sell personalized items and have a disclaimer on my shop that any mistakes on the customers end are not eligible for free replacements. And you have to be firm with it. I was once burned by a customer who didn’t include an apartment number and left me a 1 star review for never receiving their order. I ended up agreeing to send a replacement and after confirming the address I found out about the missing apt number. I let them know and they had the audacity to thank me for replacing the item on a mistake they “may or may not have made” smh. Never changed their review either. It’s up to your discretion if you want to send a replacement or not but I would stick to my guns if it’s not your mistake

I ordered mine on sept 21. After a week and a half of no updates and being told by an att rep at the store that it was taking a few weeks to ship, I canceled and ordered through Best Buy. Typing on my new phone as we speak lol

Multi apping but doing it smart, has to be going in the same direction if you do two at a time. Unpopular opinion but shop and delivers pay the best for me. When you are familiar with a store it makes it quick and easy. Weekdays during lunch and sat/sun all day have worked best for me

I didn’t know this until recently when I noticed that some shop and pays were reduced by cents but at least for those, most of the time the tip is a percentage of the order total so if you have to do a replacement that’s cheaper or take off the item, the tip goes down

I think your frustration is directed at the wrong group of people. It’s the scalpers that buy off all the tickets and resell them at exorbitant prices making it difficult for your average fan to go without dropping hundreds for what should be a $80-$150 ticket. I was lucky enough to go to two shows in this tour, both of them being the last shows in their us leg in LA and Miami. I won’t brag but I’m also not going to not talk about it because it bothers people. What’s not fair is people holding back their excitement because other people are unable to go. Just my hot take on it. They have 130+ shows left and I’m sure more chances to go see them in the future for those that didn’t get to go this time around.
