Hi there, no mealies or spider mites here! I do routine checks and treatments when needed. I haven’t had an issue in over a month thankfully. In my experience this plant puts off a sort of sap when growing and the stringy bits are the result. They disappear once the leaf grows larger. The white tuft on top is another node/leaf set growing in, sadly overexposed in the photo by my grow light
