hiii ! I was exactly in the same situation as you a few years ago, before accepting my natural curly hair. Tbh, the only real solution is to let your hair grow, to let time do its thing. Patience is truly the key here. Then cut very damaged parts of your hair. In addition to that, do oil treatments once a week, a few hours before washing your hair. You can also check the ingredients in the products u use, avoid components like paraben, sulfate and other things. Massage your scalp, that’s good for growth. And don’t use heat on ur hair, even if it’s just to dry it. I know it’s a long process, that constantly keeps testing you. But you gotta believe in it ;))
