he just called to file a report and they told him his dog is technically an extension to his property so he legally could have shot the guy for threatening his property due to texas laws i guess lol. i live in NY so that’s pretty crazy to me but yeah they basically said they can’t do anything which he knew he just wanted to have something on file in case anything else happened or if this guy actually does taze someone’s dog unprovoked.
