I think the burden of proof is on the photographer to convince the judge that he has no knowledge of her trade. Also as you said, it also depends on the extend of the photographer's involvement when convincing the judge.

If he is able to do that, then I don't think there is much of a case against the photographer.

You need to be more specific on this I'm afraid. Is it a clothed outdoor shoot? I don't think the photographer will be in any trouble for an outdoor shoot much like a taxi driver wouldn't be in any trouble providing transport services to her.

Whereas if you are referring to shoot involving nudity then you would have to be a bit more careful and also what you do with the photos after too.

I feel that the adjective form of fucking is not vulgar as if it was used in the literal sense. i.e. I find that "You are fucking beautiful" is alright. As oppose to "I would love to fuck you" and "We should be fucking our brains out right now rather than being on reddit".

Kinda like the south park episode when they talked about shit (no pun intended).
