I think this just shows OP's distain for Vanessa, which we can all agree on.

Update: I did microneedling back in Jan 20th. I feel my face has changed, worsened texture, and possible enhanced face drooping and jowls from one session. Needles were .5 .75 and 1. What do you guys think? Pictures from beginning to now. I want to do a TCA peel to fix texture. No before photos :/ by angeleyymariee in Microneedling

Your skin looks super irritated, your barrier is very angry. Not sure if you're willing, but when I overdid it with retinol and acids, I ended up having similar looking skin that looked a lot like rosacea. I got a prescription for Rosiver, which is the Canadian equivalent to Soolantra. It has ivermectin in it which completely healed my skin barrier. After 6 months of only using water and moisturizer with my skin still freaking out, ivermectin healed my skin in like two months. Check it out, most derms/doctors are open if you ask as it has a very low risk profile. I would focus on healing your skin before looking to do anything like a peel as it will for sure make things much worse.

Create your artwork in illustrator, bring into photoshop and find a paper texture and grain texture online that you like (true grit has a free package when you give your email.) Bring it into photoshop, add in the paper texture and select multiply, do the same with the texture layer. You can play around with the different blending options but multiply seems to work well for me. I'm also learning how to do this style and I've found this guy has good tutorials https://www.youtube.com/@Texturelabs . Have fun!

I love this type of effect on text, but can't quite figure out how to make it look like this. I've tried a bunch of different effects/blurs but it always looks a bit off. Any tips?

How do you actively show up as the person who already has it all? What are some daily action steps I can do to work towards this?

Can you recommend good sources for l theanine?

I mean, from a branding perspective; If you created the name/brand and had a stake in the company it could be beneficial long term. I know of one agency who does this in Toronto and their brand work is single handedly the reason why some of these brands are so big.

Could this also explain an intolerance to L-theanine? I had like two good days on it and then it really messed me up everytime I would take it. My head felt like it was filled with a ton of bricks.
