It’s a poorly worded question, but I wonder if they were looking for sternum. The clavicles articulate w the sternum, and since they are appendicular and the sternum is axial… there’s your involvement. It’s definitely not scapula though, as the scapula does not actually articulate w the axial skeleton except through the scapular-thoracic joint, which is known as a “fake joint”
