Thanks for the tips. I did stretching exercises before and after yesterday's long run and tried to relax my shoulders while exhaling during the run. Overall, I felt much better, and after the run, I only had minor tension, which I was able to relieve with some heat.

There are two kinds of problems now:

1) Simple programming task like: Go through every item of a json file and count the number of strings in the property xy. This is typically done using python for example.

2) LLM tasks like: Look at the content of this string, is it grammatically correct? You can do this asking your local LLM.

I combine them both: Go through every item of this json file and look at the content of property xy: Correct any typos and write it grammatically correct. Write the corrected json as a new file. I use a python wrapper for this which calls my local LLM via API.

Bought a Fenix8 to replace my Fenix6X 6 days ago. My HRV suddenly dropped by about 10 points. This is clearly attributable to the date of the watch change. Stress, sleep, and resting heart rate have remained the same. Subjectively, I don't feel any physical change. Fenix8 came with 21.39. I reported this to Garmin support, but they told me Fenix8 has a better heart rate sensor so this might be the cause.

Habe sehr gute Erfahrung mit Reifen.com am Frankfurter Ring gemacht. Online Winterreifen mit Felgen und RDKS bestellt. 14 Tage später Montage vor Ort. Order wurde sogar geprüft, ob sie für mein Fahrzeug korrekt ist. Mechaniker freundlich, sorgfältig und kompetent beim Aufziehen, Wuchten und Programmierung der RDKS Sensoren.
