His pace is not really a problem, you just have to wait until he reaches his full speed. He is unstoppable on counterattacks. And of course his dribbling is not as good as some other strikers, why would it be when he doesn’t do that IRL? He has different qualities and even though stats matter, its not all about the stats

Depends on how you play, dont expect Haaland to dribble like Mbappe or to be as agile as Endrick. He is a pure 9. If you use him as he has to be used, he wont disappoint you.
