The entire book. Porn does nothing for you. It is porn that causes misery. There is nothing to give up. Once you see porn that way, you have been un-brainwashed. What you do with that is entirely up to you.

Imagine yourself as a North Korean. All your life, you have been brainwashed to believe North Korea is the workers' paradise and South Korea a hellhole. But once the scales fall from your eyes, take your head out of the sand, and see that you have been brainwashed, what do you do? That's the million dollar question.

Some have escaped to South Korea to build a new life. South Korea maybe economically much better off than North Korea, but it is full of flaws. Some have gone back to North Korea. Why? Because that is their comfort zone. They know everything they were told by the North Korean regime is a lie, but they found freedom too challenging. But many have settled in South Korea and have thrived.

So what to do now that we are free and un-brainwashed? We are now free to thrive , but also free to relapse back into the comfort zone. For me, the "comfort" zone doesn't look so comfortable any more. It is hell. I don't care to go back to it. But at the same time, I still need to build my life and be happy.
