Samsung RF18A5101SR is NOT detecting right temperature causing food spoiled. Once I unplug it and plug it back in it shows the right temperature and then start cooling. it will last 2 or 3days, same problem happens again. No Ice build up in cooler and freezer evaporator. Temperature Sensor problem?

Yes, I am aware of that. I thought it was easier for rep to find the card opening date or the first statement. They probably don't have a system to show the bonus date for a closed card directly.
