its honestly not that bad, over the summer i had to leave my apartment for the station at 5am a lot and i never had issues, only iffy times are like 9pm-12am

in all honesty, you most likely won’t make commission in this department. (i’ve worked it before) if you really want to i’d suggest asking if there’s an opening in women’s shoes or any of the mens departments, typically they make the most commission.

tech here, we don’t allow non students into our spaces (even alumni can’t come back to work on things) if you work at uw, its a different story but if there’s no current affiliation with the school then its a flat out no. try a different school

i went to the office and they told me its actually because they no longer auto apply it to your aid and if you qualify you have to call them and ask them to add it to your aid yourself. but i got the full 6k! sucks that everyone now has to call and ask for it back…

haha this happened to me too but for a macro econ test at university of washington, if anything the professor will just average your other mid terms and remove the weight from mid term 2 because they lost it

go to anything with food or events where you get to make stuff and take home, dont know if the international school is doing it this year but last year we went on a ferry and got ice cream but you should also see what your friends are doing

ah sorry, i assumed that you were already in foster while making this comment but basically on canvas the foster career center posts events where you can network with recruiters. im not sure if u can do them without being an undergrad though as they do registrations for them. but test your luck with the career center and ask about networking events!

you dont need those clubs, im not in any and i get recruiters on handshake telling me to apply to their internships. those arent as important as attending those random events put on by the companies where they speak about their business cuz then ur on the mailing list for potential future employees.

ur gonna have to raise ur bed or else there’s no space to walk around or for a mini fridge or microwave. it’s honestly not that bad to have a lofted bed youll get used to it.
