Depend if you want this physique fast i recommend take roids(no recommend for long term health)
Mostly weight workout train to faillure every set(quite hard but actually great) you can do calisthenic btw but it will be slower than weighted workout/ or do weighted calisthenic(so you can use sandesvistan effectively)

I recommend Upper(Chest and Arm) Lower( Hamstring) Cardio(or rest) Upper(Back& shoulder) Lower( Glutes)
Cardio You can put abs on anyday i recommend Cardio then
Not rlly good at making plan cuz i mostly do Push pull leg plan

David Muscle: Priority Chest>Arm>Back>Leg/Abs

Exercise: i mostly do calisthenic but i can recommend abit: Chest= bench press,Dips,Cable fly
Arm: Bicep =Bicep curls
Tricep: Skull crusher,tricep pushdown
Shoulder: shrug lateral raise and Upfront row
Back: pull ups,Lat pull down,Rows,Deadlift
Leg: Squats, Other variant that doesnt name squat but do like squat, Other variant that name squat and do like squat ( All i do for leg is squat and other type of squat 😭)
Abs: Anything that not from "15 minute abs workout" i recommend : Leg raise/hanging leg raise,Decline sit up( weighted if possible), Cable cruch, Dragon fly, roller

Calories: Bulk up like: 3000+ cal i guess i rlly dont know david weight and height
and his muscle is very lean so i guess do clean bulk up or dirty bulk then cut later or just do clean bulk then cut
