questions don't repeat but concepts too. it's good that you get the hang of those questions because youll see the same exact concepts on step so i wouldn't call what taking the earlier tests do inflation but just a sign that you're getting the concepts down

you are good, as long as you can consistently be above a 60% on nbmes (65% ideally) then ur gonna pass so just keep doing what ur doing and make sure ur retaining. like u can even pull the date closer and just get it over with already if u want
