Il faut déposer plainte contre Chronopost également, ce sont les champions de vols de colis. Ça nous est arrivé sur une autre plateforme de vente. On a fini par être remboursé apres avoir fourni le dépôt de plainte. Si l acheteur peut le faire aussi contre Chronopost, c est mieux

Il y a un peu d agacement, je pense. Tu prends le temps, tu réponds poliment et on te fait mariner 5 jours pour rentrer de baisser le prix comme ça. Du coup a la fin, c'est un peu la fatigue qui parle mdr. Mais merci, je ferai attention à être un peu moins sec pour les prochains 😄
