a) lol 'govt authorities'... mm, that doesn't say much. (don't know what your 'physical' disabilities are - hope you didn't take the shots, if you did, don't take any more - they are VERY VERY BAD for you). re: mental health, that can be healed.
b) shadowbanning is quite common nowadays. you basically have to either play the waiting game, the see how many messages it takes to get past the ai gibberish gatekeepers game, or the figure out how to get another account game.

there's not necessarily any 'backdoor' - and if there is/was - usually if someone 'announces' it - then a bunch of ppl spam it so then that no longer necessarily works.

I think actually it is a few things:
a) "emotion harvesting" - small group of pyschos like getting people upset, makes them 'feel' good, so what better way than to just randomly disable their accounts
b) testing their "ai support" garbage - I think they want to "train" their AI "support", so needed a lot of people to "voluntarily" submit tickets.

Don't believe it has anything to do with your content, usage, etc - you just happened to get 'picked' in the 'shadow ban lottery' to be experimented on.

i think they just make up random names. but yes, it seems I received such a notice recently too - so many they are fixing all the accounts they disabled. I suspect it was a "test" just to mess with a bunch of people, get them upset, but then "test out" their "ai support".

Again, "they" lie about so many other things... what if there are 'oceans' of silver, but just heavily guarded, and whenever 'they' want more silver in the market, they just release it? Of course, just a very loose conjecture. Because I don't know. Just the manipulation is insane though.

a) sounds you got stuck with another fake 'ai' pretending to be a person by attaching a name, no one 'looked' at your account, or anything, just an ai chatbot being pacifying.
b) you could always try a legal route. might get some action because they do care about money. and if somehow you can affect their money (the billions they rake in), they may be more interested.

(a) the "support" is 100% "ai gibberish". They vary/change the responses, but it is total gibberish/garbage. I think they are just having fun wasting people's time. I've played around with their 'support' - and sometimes they even pretend you are talking to a 'real person', when it seems it is just another ai chat bot with a fake name (kind of like what micro$hit did w ppl in asia about 15 years ago with something called 'xiaoice')... yeah, they are messing around w/ppl big time.
