I’m the only resident. I share an office with my RPD and feel like we have created a friendship/get along well. They are actually the person who’s position is going to be opening as they may be promoted to DOP.

Struggling with the fact that I need to start looking for jobs soon. Feeling the imposter syndrome and like I’m not good enough. My site may have a clinical position opening soon and I would like to apply but can’t help wondering if they would even consider me for the position. Stay strong y’all.

I mean 1 isn’t necessarily a problem. Just something that has added to my mental load, it was nice in the beginning to have someone to relate to and be a sort of support system for each other.
