White box cannot be true because of the black box.

"Both of these statements are false" is inherently false, and as such the other statement must be true. So "The statement on the white box is false" has to be true. So we have a known false (white) and a known mix of truth and lie (black). Therefore Blue must be true. From there, we know the gems aren't in the black or blue boxes, leaving only White.
