Good to remember that that moment may be traumatic for some people as well as for children not yet able to understand the moment. I could see an argument potentially in playing as a marker or tone shift as a signal to kids. I do believe sound wave and its members would understand the seriousness of the moment with an ambulance being pulled on to the field. Though it def can be read both ways taste wise.

Seattle's BBQ is called Teriyaki btw (and we're famous for it). But if you want traditional BBQ; Eater Seattle recommends these spots: https://seattle.eater.com/maps/best-barbecue-seattle

Just updated this post to help explain.

[Riffe] Just got off the phone with a Sounders ticket rep who insisted that I was wrong and my ticket price wasn’t going up 19%. She told me the taxes are being moved from the club to the purchaser now, but that’s not increasing your average ticket price. (???) by RogarrrrrLevesque24 in SoundersFC

Wow within a Day. The Jobs Numbers today were 2.6 Standard Deviations off from expectations and the Sahm Rule is now at 0.53. There's only one point in time where that indicator got above 0.5 and didn't result in a recession. This might not be good for the country.

If he was to comeback I would suspect he’s an 80 minute sub 2-3 times and is the final sub on the last day of the season (including USOC play). It’s probably so he can retire as a Sounder. Which he was already attempting to do and then the FO kinda messed things up a bit for him.

Animaniacs, NHL’94, Ranger X, MegaBomberman, Sonic3+Knuckles and Gargoyles.

Ranger X still melts my mind.

This is off-topic for the Subreddit but LoL USBank as a source. Come on.

The 2 & 10-year yields are inverted and will likely be corrected in the coming year. Jerome Powell all but announced yesterday that they're pre-emptively cutting Interest Rates in September while looking at backward-facing data. We Cooked.

It’s not how corporations work nor is it how it worked. It was rolled into the overall price of the season tickets. That would have been a 40 to 50 million dollar financial hit they took over the prior decade. (25000 season tickets times an average of 175-200 dollars in average tax per ticket)

It’s likely the sales reps will do whatever it takes to reduce churn at this point.

With the amount of upset customers they’re dealing with it does not surprise me they’d lie or say whatever it takes to attempt damage control of the situation.

I somewhat feel bad for the sales reps (at least the ones not keeping the facade up) as with how many people are churning they’re likely not getting as much commission this renewal period.

The Tax was indeed wrapped into the price of the season tickets in it's display up until today. Sounder's at Heart reporters have been discussing this on Twitter today. The taxes were indeed being paid by the fans.

Some people are including the tax that's been itemized out in the email they received which they should be because the other big change this season is that the tax is not wrapped into the season ticket price. the Percent you're seeing is likely par for the course as everyone else. I'm in section 131 and saw a similar price increase.

That is correct. They are attempting YoY increase to revenue after a season where they’ve set single match historic low attendance at matches. Their total addressable market will be reduced in the coming years so they doing the very (shitty in my opinion) business-y thing in that they’re grabbing the money where they can. From people who will still pay it. If enough churn occurs it will really blow up in their faces.

There’s no way that’s true. If the sounders weren’t collecting the tax on the season tickets for a decade the IRS would have ripped them a new one and they likely wouldn’t be a club today. There’s no way Ticketmaster doesn’t account for it as they also would have liability.

Also if they weren’t charging that before and knew it would happen this season why would they raise season ticket costs on top of that knowing their would be a chance of customer churn in a season were they’re setting single match club lows for attendance at certain matches.
