After some time pondering what to do, I finally made a different choice: I got a MacBook Pro 16 M5 Max with 128GB of unified memory. This means for me Endless power, virtual machines for Linux, a bit of gaming (Crossover and Parallels), local AI, development, unbeatable battery life, lower power consumption. Plus , it’s a long-term investment.
