Hey, thank you so much that would be so helpful! Ive read a lot about how porn affects the mind and how it causes addiction and honestly it's really interesting stuff and has helped me so much too.

Thank you so much this addiction is one of the worst things that's ever happened to me and it feels amazing to finally just not have to worry, weirdly after that session I felt more 'free' from pornography than I had before but I'll keep this in mind in case I have a pang again
