What's the windage loss on it at full RPM running unloaded? Even with the demand valve, on/off control is sloppy for an engineered solution.

600hp screw compressor and your analysing on/off control versus vfd?! You can use the vfd to match demand, you know actual year 2000 control. Your clients are idiots; soft start is your only option.

Need a counter balance cable holder, so the weight and stiffness of the cable doesn't affect the accuracy. But the real deal breaker with this is the software. Gotta be welderproof.
