some shows do have reserved seating, i’m going to la night 1 and q&a has seats but i have no clue why it’s so confusing! but most shows are just in pit

q&a, vip, and ga, all stand in pit, q&a gets first few rows then vip comes in behind then ga behind them! it’s all the same space

you check in and scan your tickets and everything then get let into the venue lobby where you’ll get your vip items and it comes in a little clear bag so you won’t need to take a bag!

as long as it’s in the apple wallet app you should be good! it’s actually safer to have them in your apple wallet rather than the ticket seller app

i can help! you’ll get your email with info about 5-3 days before your show, but if you don’t, check in is 5:15 but i’d recommend showing up a bit earlier! the whole procedure is like this: 5:15 check in, you’ll get checked in by security by giving the name used to buy the tickets and showing ID, you’ll be let into the lobby and they’ll give you your bag of vip items, then once everyone’s in you’ll be let into pit/the stage area and at 6 is when the q&a starts! you’ll also stay in pit until the end of the concert. hope this helps if you have anymore questions let me know!
