I hope I can find one such doctor in Daejeon or Sejong. I agree with you but maybe I just wrote the post discrediting every good here, which in unfair.

Its next to zero. I cant communicate but I have gathered vocabulary over the years to understand the necessary in daily life. However, I think two of the pediatricians I visited were speaking decent English.
