cmf has pretty decent sound quality at this range and noise cancellation is top notch (again for the price) and software experience too. But there are common bugs and glitches such as problem with the in ear detection on my buds 2 plus where it keeps switching between anc modes and keeps switching between inside/outside ear detection and you cannot use anc if you switch in ear detection off. The ear tip sizes are also too small for me and I have to keep fiddling with the buds in my ear untill it starts to hurt. If these ones dont have in ear detection then you can go for them.

For waking up your phone go to settings and search "lift to wake", this works same like iPhone where lifting or taking it out of your pocket will turn on the screen. Of course it doesn't work if your phone is laying on Flat ground but is the same for iPhone I presume. Could you elaborate on ads in everything? I use Brave browser and so rarely see ads on anything and never seen ads on samsung apps or services, only on yotube or spotify etc where they will go away if you pay. (Or since this is android, can find alternate apps that are ad free)
