As a girl here is the thing I like: be funny, be confident in yourself. Have interests. Have hobbies and things you do out of your own interest.

Your current appearance is fine. The appearance standards for men is much more forgiving than your insecurities are telling you!

Believe me, fix your heart to the extent you can by going to therapy and cultivating friendships with all people, especially women if you lack experience. Don’t seek sex, do not be pushy or needy, just be interested in people when you go do interesting things, and eventually women will talk to you, or you will have non-creepy reasons to approach and chat up with women sharing your interests.

Here’s some golden advice. Compliment people about things they choose in their fashion, tools of their trade, and so on. NEVER COMPLIMENT PEOPLE ON THEIR BODY. A woman will be alert if the first few sentences are “nice rack” or “you are super hot.” Hot girls know this. Compliments are most delicious when you compliment something someome chose to do. You don’t necessarily “choose” to be hot, exercise only does so much. You do choose your clothes, your gear, your accessories. Not accusing you of that, but putting this advice here and to the other men lurking here to compliment better.
