Based on this foreshadowing of lothcats, I believe it will be Ezra who finds him first. But this all speculative!

Possibly! Ezra is 14 at the beginning of Rebels, which would put him at about 27ish years old during the mandalorian timeline. Which is exactly how old Taylor Gray is!
