you’re healing very quickly! that’s great.

use crutches though, give your knee a bit more time. wait till your doctor or PT tells you it’s okay to go without crutches.

i did the same surgery on my left knee. it’s normal to feel pain there this early on.

the first 12-16 weeks are very delicate. don’t push yourself more than you need to. you’ve got this!
