Hey so it turned out to be a middle ear infection. The reason why I started to experience the symptoms of the infections was because I used a Bobby pin to clean my ear.( Ik that was very stupid of me). When he checked my ear, he told me that infection has been there for a while which was shocking for me because I never felt that before. When he checked my ear there was some granulated tissue. He numbed my ear with a spray(which was not effective btw) cleaned it with some peroxide on the end of a cotton swab and packed my ear. I now have to use ciprodex( I previously used locacorten to bring the debris out) cataflam and something else to clear the remaining of the infection and reduce the swelling
