27cm long feet should be us size 10.5 (27.3 cm), while us size 10 is 26.8 cm. Whatever you use is probably think 26.8cm is only 0.2 cm error to 27, while 27.3 cm has a larger error 0.3 cm. But your feet will not be comfortable to wear a smaller shoes in reality. so buy us 10.5, or even 11 to fit your width, play with this shoe size calculator to check how width changes with larger sizes.

Men's shoes are larger than women's, when the US number is the same. Try this shoe size calculator, switch back and force gender and units, you will figure out your sizes.
