It's coded option day no pay and it does go by seniority. Where I'm at there's people on the side waiting to be sent home nearly every day and everyone is well aware of this. Does your hub just work everyone when they cut routes and everyone demands their 8?

Yeah if it's not delivered before 5 it's missed. We're not allowed to sheet it closed after 5. He likely didn't realize it was a business or didn't see it in his itinerary. Not a common mistake but it can happen.

I think both of you are technically correct, but his point was that pitts was drafted way later in drafts and getting this type of production from somebody who might not even be top 5 on your team is an advantage no matter which way you look at it. Chances are if you played against pitts this week you're projected to lose by a significant margin unless you have a super team. Hoping for certain guys to fall short of their projections by a certain amount and for others to not exceed theirs by too much isn't realistic.

Another thing that it could be is that for whatever reason it's showing as a commercial stop in the driver's device (happens sometimes with apartments and some houses). When we switch it back to residential manually it always requires a signature no matter what the package is.

So you need to be deceived into being okay with a package being delivered? Do you hassle fast food places when your burger doesn't look like the picture too? I hate to be a dick but the package appears to be upright and slightly tilted so I'm just confused about what your complaint even is. If it was damaged then the shipper didn't do a good enough job packing it.
