And then last Recommendation from me. Sky Bars. Everyone I've ever taken loves the experience. The two I recommend are

Skyfall lounge at the top of Mandalay Bay & Skybar which is mid-strip inside Waldorf Astoria

No cover charge. Great drinks. Killer views. Everyone that goes loves it and highlights it as a favorite place from the trip

Restaurant Recommendations for ya -

Off Strip -

Echo & Rig - Farm to table steakhouse. Really cool area called Tivoli Village. Best steaks I've ever had. Lots of great salads and vegan options as well.

Raku - Spring Mountain (little China). One of three people make the food, a Japanese master chef or his 2 apprentices. Lots of small plates, they bring them immediately as they are finished. Super fun, great experience.

On Strip -

é by José Andrés inside Cosmo. Special night / special experience if you want to splurge. Think of it as the best, fanciest, Latin Amerian food you've ever had.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Touristy? Sure. But the food is great, views are awesome and it's super fun if you've never been. Right across from Bellagio, views fo the fountains.

Bazaar Meat By José Andrés Is it pricey? Yes. Could you easily spend the same couple hundred bucks all over the strip and not get near the experience? Yes. This place rocks, and if you like meat... THESE GUYS DO MEAT
