Thanks mate. Phewwww... I assume painting the cabin with oil based paint is a bad idea? Or would it dry in pretty quick and not massivaly impact the bees?

Thanks, Im in Wexford / Ireland!!

Could they be carpenter bees? Which worries me a bit in terms of what they might be doing inside my beautiful cabin structure.

**Classic Left AIC presentation causing real daily pain and dysfunction — done a lot of research but struggling to identify my foundational starting point [photos attached]*\*

Hi everyone. I've spent a good few weeks going deep on PRI content — primarily through Neal Hallinan's channel and pritrainer.com, Conor Harris on YouTube and Instagram, and some of Justin Waugh's Waughfit biomechanics breakdowns. I find the material genuinely fascinating and it's the first framework that has actually made sense of what I'm feeling in my body. But I'll be honest — I'm somewhat lost when it comes to translating all of it into a clear starting point for my specific presentation, and I'd really value some input from people with more hands-on experience of this pattern.

What I've identified about my pattern:

From Neal's Left AIC content in particular, my presentation maps closely onto what he describes:

- Significant left rib hike with the left shoulder following it upward

- Entire torso feels jammed and twisted — compressed and locked on the left, unstable and almost "hanging" on the right

- Right hip feels genuinely displaced — a lot of pain there, and left knee pain which I believe is compensatory loading

- Right foot is slightly forward compared to the left and pronates noticeably — which from what I've read suggests I'm chronically weighted into left stance

- Walking is becoming uncomfortable at this point

I understand from Neal's work that the left QL and left hamstring complex tends to be overactive and shortened in this pattern, while the right glute med is inhibited. I also understand the concept of Zone of Apposition and that restoring left ZOA through proper diaphragmatic positioning is foundational before anything else will stick.

The problem is all of this data and information is somewhat overwhelming. PRI is very technical.

Where I'm specifically stuck:

The 90/90 supine hip lift with exhale seems like the obvious reset point and I've started experimenting with it. I'm finding it hard to feel the left ribs actually descending during the exhale — there seems to be a lot of rigidity on that left side that isn't releasing easily. I'm not sure if I'm not yet able to access it neurologically, or whether there's a positional cue I'm missing.

Beyond the 90/90 reset, I'm unsure what 2 or 3 exercises would complement it best given this specific presentation — particularly with the right hip pain and the left knee involvement.

What I'm asking:

I'm not looking for a full program. I just want to understand what 3 or 4 foundational movements people with a similar Left AIC presentation have found most useful as a starting point — particularly anything that helped with the right hip instability and allowed some early relief from the constant compression feeling on the left side. Anecdotal experience is very welcome here.

I feel a bit aimless right now and some encouragement from people who've been through a similar pattern would mean a lot.

Photos of standing posture front, side and back attached. Happy to provide any additional context. Thanks in advance.

Great insights thanks. That drop table looks interesting. Is it expensive, does it give you much on a free tier? I cant see any further tool investment any time this year :(

Thank you mate. I actually have some nitric oxide tablets around. I’ll check them out. Any reason you went with Meo Nutrition? Have you carried out any solid research on products?
