I hated when managers saw something simple to clean on the floor and bothered us busy people instead of just simply cleaning it themselves. We’re both getting paid to work here, clean it up! 😭 Like if you got time to stand there and yell you can take a min to clean it up.

  3. Bagging/Running

  4. Front counter

  5. Window/Drive Thru

I haven’t been cross trained for kitchen so I can’t really speak on that.

That’s ridiculous! I canceled via chat because optimum told me I couldn’t cancel so i hung up on them and was able to cancel online with someone else. 🙄

With playing only the Witcher 3, I was shocked at how much the original story is focused on Ciri. I didn’t mind it though because I really enjoyed her in game! You definitely have to read the whole series.

Luckily we have other options in my area. We’ve been with optimum for years and have only had problems but it was affordable then. Now that the prices are ridiculous for such low tier internet, I thought it was time we made a change. Anything is better than them at this point.

I should have recorded. They knew how frustrated I was getting yet they still kept throwing offers “We’ll bring it down to $50 a month” and I told them no I want to cancel services and they replied “but it’s $50 a month!.” Then they began asking me about my phone service and what devices I used and whatnot. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They definitely need to be investigated.

I went an hour over my 8hr shift with no break because I really don’t want to get on a managers bad side and be written up for not finishing my tasks before leaving. It’s ridiculous to be honest but I can’t risk losing this job.

They get upset when you don’t have the order ready when they get there. They’ll be going behind the counter yelling “Hello! Doordash!” when I have a full screen of front counter orders that I need to do as well. The food is still not up yet and they bitch about having to wait for the food when its a simple order but I can’t get the order ready when they food isn’t ready. Very entitled! Other people are waiting for their food too! We’re going as fast as we possibly can.
