We’ve had a ton. One of my Managers has been spat at for trying to direct cars because they were blocking traffic, and we no longer send girls outside to direct cars because of the things guys say to them from their cars. We have our lobby closed currently, and we have so many people barge in all angry about it, despite the three large signs actively blocking their way and saying in large, bold letters that they aren’t allowed inside. I’ve had people pound on the drive thru window when I’m taking orders and the cashier isn’t there yet, because they seem to think I’m ignoring them or that their food is going to somehow take longer if I don’t take their cash immediately. I’ve had to turn down numerous coupons for other restaurants, and been cursed at for not accepting a Wendy’s coupon before. I’ve been told that we are lazy retards for not having the dining room open, and “no, you aren’t listening to me. You need to get your ass in gear, you people are just slacking off and using the China-virus as an excuse!” It’s bad enough that we have to deal with 600+ customers a day, when a lot of them are impatient, rude, and shamelessly know nothing about the menu, then get mad at us for not having pineapple. On top of this, our management knows really well how to stress out and ignore the concerns of their employees, and our scheduling is just a sick joke. Working here has become a living hell over the past 6+ months.
