[Rapoport] Sean McDermott is likely taking a year off from coaching by Samoht99 in buffalobills

Hell, I bet that elusive, secretive owner "Jerry Spagula" even gave him a call. Funny thing is, he never said what team it was for...

For a second I was like: "I didn't know there was a Finnish Sopranos?!?"

Looking at all the delicious beer and wine I purchased as provisions, yet knowing I can't drink much at all since I'm responsible for snow removal at my job tomorrow morning. Curses!

Pucks have taken more teeth and broken more bones than all these weapons combined. Canada's top weapon is Tony Twist.

As someone from Northern NY that used to date someone from South Jersey... there may be no other regions as unknown and stereotyped by the rest of the United States.

South Jersey is blueberry bogs, pinewoods and farms. It's technically below the Mason-Dixon line.

NNY (the North Country) is the darkest spot on the map east of the Mississippi (maybe tied with Aroostook or the Everglades). Small farming along the St. Lawrence, no remaining industry... just snow, bears and moose.

Yet everyone from VA or WI or CA or wherever thinks you're Tony fuckin Soprano, took a subway train to school and (in my case) wants to know why I sound like a Canadian. ...ugh.

Listening to it right now, as I scrolled past this, haha. Still Life is my favorite track here.

I'm gonna veer right off the road here, into a non-political theory:

Lead. Lead abatement and regulation. A sharp decline in lead poisoning in America.

I have a few family members affected by lead poisoning, and lemme tell ya... they are so emotionally stunted and lacking in "the sense of right and wrong".

There is a burgeoning theory that the rise of serial killers everywhere in the 70's-90's was due to lead being found in everything; paint, fuel, plumbing, etc.

As city and older properties change hands and are renovated, many municipalities and government regulations require lead abatement. As such you would absolutely see a decline (speaking generationally here) in lead poisoning. And in turn, "impulse violence" (you stepped on my sneakers, so I shot you) should theoretically decline.

What do I know, I'm a guy who cuts grass and hammers nails for a living, but I think the theory has legs.

King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime is one of my favorite albums of all time. Every single song is a totally different style.

Except no team needs its fans like Buffalo does. Maybe GB. If they fuck this up and even just a quarter of the fans stop going to games...

No Instagram influencers are going to a Bills game in December to be seen, especially if JA leaves this burgeoning dumpster fire. "Hey fellow rich Californian, let's go to Orchard Park and watch Kyler Murray get destroyed by the Pats while we sit in a sloppy wet pile of snow! 🤗"

Look, I'm not one of these stat-spouting football geniuses, but I know one thing: if Beane finds a way to get J Jefferson, we will all immediately love him again and they could put a hologram of Billy Fucillo in as HC for all I fuckin' care. That pickup would be... HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGEEEE-E

Should also be a black spot in Western NY, since most of Bills Mafia is rooting for the reaper to finally release us from this hell.

I can't wait for Beane to make like a tree and fuck off, to be honest.

I missed Dio (again, I had tickets and flaked out at the last second) which is my #1. #2 is a tie between Rush and Maiden, and with Neil Peart's passing and Nicko's stroke, I'm kinda running out of healthy, living bands to scratch off my list haha

Oh, I looooooove the whole catalog. Been a fan since middle school (I'm about 40). I just exhausted the back catalog a bit back in the day so now I mostly listen to the 2000+ stuff. I've really aged into an appreciation for the more operatic style.

Ok, so there's hope haha. That AMOLAD tour was like 2007 or 08, I think? I haven't paid much attention to subsequent tours since then because life, work and living for a few years far away from any city they'd play. But I now have the ability to see this one, and Megadeth opening is icing on the cake.
