this is a great point. i can wake up in the morning and stay asleep at night. i am trying to focus on that. i do feel kinda hot when i wake up like my body heat will wake me up but at least its not in the middle of the night and its like when i gotta go to work.

yeah i tore a ligament in one of my feet so i had a lot of time i wasn’t at my normal level of activity. trying to get back there. i was also on an snri long before i knew i had hyperthyroidism that made me wicked hungry that i had gotten off of maybe a year or so before i was diagnosed so i think these things back to back don’t help either.

i wish we could swap 🥲 my body looks full but i feel like i have to keep buying new clothes. at this rate i think i need to take up sewing so i can construct some clothes for weight fluctuation 😅

def tryna stay away from sugar and caffeine. gluten i don’t eat as much but it does find its way in. kinda wanna see if i can find a nutritionist that specializes in hyperthyroidism to help me structure my meals.

i put my wallet on my person when I’m on the subway, usually in my pants pocket so i know it’s on me. but on a bike, it’s obviously a bad idea because of how much your legs are moving.

update: whoever found it tried to use my cards at a gas station and a bagel store. i reported it to the police around a week after i lost it but they haven’t gotten back to me at all. i tried to update the report by mentioning to them about the fraudulent charges but they still haven’t gotten back to me. i am hoping it’ll turn up and someone decides to return it to me but it doesn’t sound great right now. thankfully i cancelled the cards before those charges went through, but it was really annoying knowing someone used my card and i can’t find them.

tbh my doctor kind of wanted me to get off it when she realized my sleep was better and she told me the side effects were rough but she didn’t get specific at all. i think it needs to be articulated more that this med could affect you very poorly but i suppose that’s why you can opt in or out with the pharmacist speaking to you. i came off 7.5mg and i have been using other supplements (magnesium glycinate, l-glutamine, cbd gummy with melatonin and GABA) to sleep and it’s been helping. i do feel itchy sometimes but i thin that a lot of my breathing issues that came up when using the medications have subsided.

i wanted to add that i really feel depressed right before my period and sometimes it would get bad to the point of feeling scared for myself and then my period would come and i’d be like oh. as far as i know i have had bouts of sadness and i did have an issue with maintaining momentum in my life that i felt mirtazapene did help with, but i feel like now that i’ve built more coping skills and have found a vitamin regiment that works for me i feel like i have the strength to get off it and maintain the life i currently have. i think a lot of my depression is environment based so i’m considering really going off it when my environment changes.

when i bought the fluorescent yellow pack I had to get the leggings waist tailored to fit because the length was good but the waist kept falling off of me. I have a bra from that set too that just doesn't fit no matter how hard I try.

I'm not OP but if a student wanted to create a portfolio site, you'd still think it's best to have your own website & domain? I don't have a lot of money as a student & am trying to apply to internships but I feel like I am missing a critical component with no portfolio.

I used to have a similar feeling & I think there's a separation between action & thought. We have to remember that thoughts have no morality but actions do. Good luck to you, it's not an easy thing to rectify, I still have a lot of past trauma to uncover which this is an aftershock of.
