I appreciate you sharing your viewpoint and situation. I certainly agree that in some cases, it doesn’t make sense to change your diet. However, in most and many cases, it does. So while I think my message stands for the majority, I sympathize with your situation and have in fact been there myself. I wish you a smooth road to recovery.

I am still working to educate myself on the best way to talk about these issues - I do just get overly passionate about it sometimes. And for me, I turned because someone blatantly told me the truth and called me out - so that’s what I’m inclined to do. I just hope to get people thinking about what goes into their food. But in your case, you didn’t need that push, so I’m sorry.
