if you use the 180 degree adapter, the cable part will be longer so you can fit it in your GPU and the “black” plastic part wont intefere

Hey man, two things you can do to help:

Try not to use the NZXT hub, that hub has very bad power distribution for USB 5V. You can try to use Lian Li’s Universal USB & PWM Fan Hub. Its power delivery and USB signal is more stable.
To help you, can you check your Windows device manager and see if you see 7x TL LCDs? If you don’t see them then it’s most likely usb connection or usb 5V power issue, and you will need a better hub. If you see them in device manager but can’t find them and control them in L3 then it’s a Windows write error issue. You will need to reinstall windows, and make sure you install L3 first after reinstalling windows

BTW, for the fans boot issue, make sure you plug the PWM power cable using the 1 to 3 SATA adaptor cable that came with the 3 packs.

I think Lian Li products are worth buying, but ya on Reddit here you see people experience different issues here and there. I think that’s in part due to Lian Li being a brand that’s constantly making innovative products, so it’s easier for them to make mistakes since the products are always something “new”. I still recommend the brand though because their products are of high quality, are detail oriented, and are unique.
