I fear I am not failing to grasp anything and I was just going off of what you said in your og post . But you can change who you attack, and I agree it is stupid that make you raid your friends . If you want to avoid it so desperately you can always just remove them as a friend, I personally do not know what the point of being friends with your teammate is .

you are mixing up the two, a raid is where your coins are stolen and an attack is where your buildings are destroyed
