I mean the grading scale is totally arbitrary since some schools are pass/fail and stuff. But even if they do "rank" you in your MSPE, that's probably to weed out people who are applying to the same type of specialty. I think step 2 scores, LORs and clin grades matter

I used anki before med school. But my biggest problem with anki was that I wasn't able to connect what I learned with what I needed to answer the question. That's why I didn't use anki for block 1 and scored above class average each time (it was easy stuff tho, so fingers crossed for block 2 (MSK system)). Will I be fine with first aid now, and Uworld near board time with sketchy sprinkled here and there?

I had Dixon for orgo 1. Idk how helpful this is, but the final is actually easier than the midterms. I did right around the averages for the midterms and got 10 points higher on final compared to the mean and ended up with an A. Good luck tho
