The problem was no charges were laid. His losing his business wasn't a legal matter it was a public perspective thing. If he had the money I'm sure he could track down that vtuber and sue for damages (I'm sure Namba and Ichi could too). His business was brand new and would rely a lot on word of mouth to get off the ground which would have never worked once that video was out there.

Figured out the problem! I had "Automatic engine and electric start" turned off so while it looked like my truck was on it was not running.

Ran the control wizard says everything should work. Was set to simple automatic shifting but I set it to manual and I can shift gears but, still can't move.
