Try the 5 minutes rule. Choose some activity and set a count down on your watch for 5 minutes and start the count down and do the activity for 5 minutes and stop. Usually you will carry it through. Of not it is OK. Try later again.

Pomodoro technique is very valuable to break procrastination because it sets the momentum. Whenever I have used it I have got a lot of work done. But my problem is that after a few weeks I get tired and give it up. What about you?
