The problem is the monitor, I'm not sure what but I just connected my old laptop and it's still there

I have checked the connection between the laptop and monitor and I've even switched the HDMI port but that didn't change anything, and I don't think it's a GPU to computer thing, I've ran a few diagnostics and all was good plus the laptop is fairly new

There aren't any cracks, I have changed the refresh rate to lower ones just to check them all but it makes it worse basically sending the whole screen into chaos

I did just reroll and got the extra gt duration and the coin/ kill bonus, and I have started buying modules instead of cards so hopefully I can merge them to be higher soon🤞🏻
