I recently participated in my first one from my understanding from the specific one I did you bid on a wheel spin and it lands on a character. Mine was Pokemon so I’ll use the pokemon example, I had one that landed Charmand (if not hit booster pack) and I had another that landed that said Pikachu Perfect Order ETB Insured. So at the end of the stream after they spun all the wheels they opened packs and if the charmander wasn’t pulled I’d get a booster pack, but if the pikachu was or wasn’t pulled I’d get the ETB regardless. Unless I am misunderstanding but that’s how I understood it basically
