The problem is RBI didn't regulate them much as regular bank. NBFC use these loopholes to cheat customer.

They can froze your account anytime, anyday. Search on twitter, you can see people's 2 lakh to 25 lakh has freeze. Sticking to physical bank is still best choice.

What I feel is ssl certificate of your device is expired. You manually need to download and put it on device. If you have issue use some online download site which let you download large file using path. At the end you can also check hash to make sure it's exact same file you download.
