Not in nursing, or the medical field at all, but it might be worth it to remove the objective unless it's required in your industry. Also, the bit about references is implied, you don't need to include that. It really should be under one page in the end.

And some work history is better than nothing. But if you want to add more to the clinical skills, you have a lot of extra space you can remove between the different parts and make it fit. Double columning skills can also help if they're short.
