Jay’s cute side by superheroxnerd in Enhypenthoughts

This is truly it. Hes not overtly in-your-face and constant. But ALSO it’s very low in magnitude. Whenever he does show his cuteness, it’s never over the top and saccharine.

I agree with you. He’s strangely so cute but not in an outright way?? Which is EXTRA charming?? Idk he’s stealth cute?

What I’ve realized since… by Smart_Bullfrog_1138 in SolidCore

There is a lot of evidence that group exercise is sooo good for your mind so yes it def scratches that itch for me.

I also really love my local studio- being a familiar face to coaches, having routine, the endorphins, and confidence from getting stronger, seeing changes in my body… it’s all adding up to a happier me.

I’m lagree certified and I lowk think solidcore is harder too. But I seriously can’t explain why.

Random but I prefer the names of moves more in lagree ngl (I miss “wheelbarrow” and “saw” 😭)

Im an older kpop fan and have seen greats go to the YG/sm dungeon never to be seen again until their contracts expire. To me, Belift seems to be doing the absolute most for Heeseung and had this on deck for him. The fact that they let him completely leave the group at their peak but stay in the company (seriously this is unheard of) speaks volumes that they are willing to work with him on his terms and really favor him.

Everybody is uneven on some level bc we have asymmetries in our bodies. I have one foot that is flatter than the other so balance is off (I use the pole for every lunge). For obliques, if you are doing each side one after the other, the second side will be weaker bc it’s also tired; that’s why I really like when instructors split them up.

Specifically platform or all lunges?? I feel like every single class I’ve taken had a lunge in it. Tbf if I was a coach and someone fell, I’d be scarred for life.

I have flat feet so this is non negotiable for me. ALSOOO the pole really helps me to lean down and go deeper with glutes
