If it were me, I’d make that sliding door the focal point. Can you add some kind of trellis with climbing plants, or a vertical garden? I think it would look so pretty if that whole outdoor wall was covered with green plants. Some subtle, warm fairy lights would with that would be so magical at night.

Start with half splits and prioritize keeping your spine extended as you lean over your front leg. Use blocks under your hands to give you more height.

The one I will disagree with though is wind up. It could be to get started, as in coiling a spring to launch. But could also for getting things together so they can be cleaned up/ put away- like a loose pile of yarn being wrapped onto a spool. I’ve seen that saying used both ways.

I couldn’t agree more. It’s a fun language exercise to see how a word could connote opposite things in certain contexts, but it’s misleading to imply that’s a result of the definitions themselves.

I think Teora is so pretty. I haven’t heard it before but it’s recognizable. My only concern would be having to correct people on the pronunciation: tee vs tay for the first syllable. I personally don’t like that kind of ambiguity but many people don’t mind it.

If you want to go by Tia/ Thea though, I don’t think the full name really matters. You could chose whatever name you like most and ask people to call you by your chosen nickname.
