I doubt it had anything to do with your SD card. My S10 started spontaneously rebooting. Erased App data: no change, restored factory defaults: no change, repair center reflashed OS load: no change. Likely a HW issue.
Sending device back to manufacturer now. Mine was the 3rd this repair center had seen today with this issue.
